2) Usually the not-so-valuable item (free shipping) is shipped by Singapore Post; the delivery time is 15-25 working days, you can check tracking information on the website only after we send item 5-7 days later.

 

 

3) For express, it’s really important for you to provide us with your correct shipping address, contact telephone number, zip code, so that we can deliver the item to you effectively and timely.

 

 

4) Usually, we declare customs with low value to avoid high tax charge for you. We can also write the value as you request to help you to clear the customs, but if any customs problem, we will not take all the responsibility! All the tax charges are buyer's duty, we do not undertake this responsbility. If you have any special request for the value on the package, please contact with us before shipping

 

 

5) For these following countries, we will ship goods to you by Aramex unless you  have special request for the shipment, please notice:

6) We do not provide DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS Free shipping to the place which is DHL/UPS Remote Area, if your address is belong to Remote Area, please kindly add 35USD Remote Area Charge whatever kinds of express delivery options you want us to send, then we can send the package to you.

7). Brazil Customers Notice

If you are Brazil customers, please mail us telling us in advance your CPF No., it is essential for shipment and customs clearance.

 

 

8) Russian Customers Notice

Please MUST leave full name (First/Middle/Last) as receiver name, or the parcel cannot receive by Russian Customs Rule. 

 

 

9) Hungary Customers Notice

We will not send CD or sticker in the package due to custom’s problem, hope you understanding.

 

 

10) Saudi Arabic Customers Notice

Please send a copy of your Personal ID to us if you want us to ship by Aramex.

NOTICE: Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination. For example, so far only EMS is available for Russia, but other shipping method likes DHL, UPS couldn't reach Russia.
