Q: How did i know whether the product is in stock or out of stock? How fast you can ship the items?
A: Every product page next to the product price has marked whether the product is in stock or not. If you worry about it, please contact on our online service to check right now whether item can ship immediately. Usually it takes 48hours to ship the package. Once the product status did not change within 48hours, please directly contact our customer service, we will investigate for you and resolve it for you immediately. Q: If i place an order today, when i am going to receive my order?
A: Different item have different shipping methods. Every product shipping methods also been marked on our website. Standard airmail usually takes 7-18 working days, express takes 3-5 days. If you want change your shipping methods, please directly send email to info@bowshine.com or leave message to us on the website. Our customer service will handle it for you.

A: Form Augest 1st on, all products under 2KG will be free shipping in bowshine.com. Other products over 2KG price will have a big change in bowshine.com. Shipping cost different according to the customer's location and product weight. It is automatically calculated by our system and will be show under the shipping methods.

Q:  How can i pay for my order? If i do not have paypal, can i still purchase? Does your website support Cash On Delivery?
